Supervision

Would you like some supervision as a top up to what you already have? Or perhaps an opportunity to start a new journey together? I am a Trainee Placement Supervisor using the seven-eyed model and I'm currently offering up to 6 sessions free until completion of my training. Please see my fees section for further information.

You will see from my website that I am a person-centred, trauma-informed Counsellor with 15 years experience, working with adults in my private practice for nearly 7 years, and working in schools with young people aged 11-18 before that. I am also an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner and find it to be a very useful tool to teach as a technique for calming anxiety.

I work in a person-centred way, utilising other tools I have learnt along the way. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, relationships, emotional and physical abuse, family dynamics, bereavement, loss, self-esteem issues, self-harm, OCD, complex trauma and much more.

I believe supervision is very much a collaborative, nurturing, relationship where we can both work together to help you and your clients grow. I welcome you to feel free to bring your work with openness and transparency. You will receive warmth, empathy and kindness in a safe and non-judgemental space. 

I have my own room at my home, which is private, safe and comfortable. I also offer online sessions via Zoom and telephone sessions.
