About Me

Since qualifying as a Counsellor in 2010, I have worked with adults of all ages in the community, as well as working in schools with young people aged 11 – 18.

I have helped people with a range of issues such as bereavement, loss, depression, relationship difficulties, self-harm, self-esteem, anxiety, domestic abuse and sexual abuse.

I am a fully qualified, experienced Person-Centred Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

As a member of the BACP I work to their code of ethics called the Ethical Framework. This framework covers areas such as values and principles of counsellors and is there to protect clients and counsellors.

Standards in counselling are maintained by the framework. To find out more about the Ethical Framework, please click here.

It can be hard to take that first step - so I offer a free, 30 minute first session so that we may determine if we would like to work together. Click below to get in touch.
